AI Agent Middle/Senior Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled AI Agent Developer to join our AI team. You will work on production‑grade AI agents that can reason, plan, and use tools autonomously in real‑world scenarios. The role offers the chance to grow with cutting‑edge agent technologies while collaborating with clients such as PayPal, Xerox and Toyota.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise autonomous AI agents capable of decision‑making, reasoning and tool usage.
• Build and maintain pipelines for agent planning, memory, retrieval and multi‑step task execution.
• Integrate LLMs, vector stores, APIs and external tools to enable complex behaviours.
• Develop prompting strategies, reasoning chains and policies to improve reliability and accuracy.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for performance, safety and robustness across diverse tasks.
• Monitor agents in production, troubleshoot failures and continuously improve output quality.
• Optimise inference pipelines for speed, cost efficiency and appropriate model/tool selection.

Required profile

• Strong Python programming skills with proven production experience in agentic ecosystems.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving mindset with ability to communicate findings and trade‑offs clearly.
• Ownership from research to implementation and a curiosity to explore new approaches.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical and business communication with native speakers.
