Amazon Brand Manager

About the role

Plantifique is building a global superfood skincare brand and needs an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to own and grow its presence across the US, Canada, UK and EU. This high‑ownership role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive revenue and profitable growth on Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Amazon growth strategies for multiple markets, focusing on revenue and profitability.
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, pricing, content, and overall customer experience on Amazon.
• Identify and implement growth opportunities such as new products, bundles, promotions, CRO, and market gaps.
• Optimize Amazon accounts: listings, SEO, keywords, A+ Content, storefronts, health, and compliance.
• Lead product launches from strategy to execution, coordinating with design, content, pricing, and advertising teams.
• Define and drive PPC strategy in partnership with the PPC team, setting targets for profitable growth and organic ranking.
• Analyze key metrics (revenue, TACoS, CVR, ranking, market share) and turn data into actionable decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, content, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of the growth plan.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing Amazon US brands at scale (7‑8‑figure accounts or larger).
• Strong track record of delivering revenue and profit growth on Amazon.
• High ownership, autonomy, and ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
