BPM Consultant – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a BPM Consultant to join our global team and help clients modernize legacy applications. You will apply Business Process Management methodology to map and redesign processes before they are re‑architected onto modern cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Apply BPM methodology to map business processes linked to application modernization initiatives.
• Analyze and document technical and business workflows using systems‑engineering principles.
• Lead client‑facing, project‑based BPM consulting engagements.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions with structured BPM techniques.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in BPM or business process mapping.
• Strong background in systems engineering.
• Consulting or professional‑services experience with client‑facing delivery.
• Experience modernizing legacy or mainframe‑class systems into cloud platforms (Java, Go.NET).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
