About the role
As a Business Process Modeling Consultant you will create detailed process models that capture legacy and mainframe system workflows, supporting application modernization projects for BairesDev’s global clients.
Key responsibilities
- Build detailed process models for application modernization initiatives.
- Apply systems engineering principles to represent complex technical and business processes.
- Deliver client‑facing consulting engagements focused on process modeling.
- Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders to refine models.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in business process modeling.
- Strong background in systems engineering.
- Consulting or professional services experience with project‑based, client‑facing delivery.
- Experience modernizing legacy or mainframe‑class systems to cloud platforms (Java, Go.NET).
- Advanced proficiency in English.
