Clinical Application Specialist

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist will lead training and support for advanced imaging modalities (DR, CT, MR, PET‑CT) across the assigned region, ensuring customers achieve optimal clinical outcomes and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training plans for DR, CT, MR, and PET‑CT products, completing clinical application training on schedule.
• Identify and resolve customers' clinical issues promptly, building long‑term relationships and improving satisfaction.
• Gather feedback, clinical images, and case studies to support sales and new product development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regional expert resources and reference hospitals, facilitating scientific research.
• Provide pre‑sales and after‑sales product demonstrations, supporting the sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
• Assist in organizing promotions, exhibitions, and other assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a radiographer/radiologist or 3+ years as an application specialist with deep knowledge of DR, CT, MR, and PET‑CT technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Proven teamwork skills, high responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience with major manufacturers (e.g., GE, Philips, Siemens) is a plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of DR, CT, MR, and PET‑CT imaging systems.
• Familiarity with clinical imaging diagnosis and image post‑processing software.
• Understanding of imaging principles, clinical applications, and disease pathophysiology.
