Compliance-Focused Business Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Compliance‑Focused Business Analyst to join HOS247’s product team. You will help shape the functional requirements of our B2B SaaS ELD/telematics solution, ensuring that all compliance‑critical behavior is clearly defined and testable for engineering and QA.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering and QA to translate regulatory and technical specifications into precise, unambiguous functional requirements.
• Define acceptance and verification criteria using EARS or BDD formats.
• Maintain traceability matrices, version control and release evidence to support change‑control processes.
• Review and incorporate updates from regulatory documentation into the product backlog.
• Support verification readiness by preparing decision records and testable requirement artifacts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS environment.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1) and Russian (C1) for internal and external communication.
• Proven ability to work full‑time during Pacific Time hours (02:00‑10:00 AM PT).
• Experience with traceability, versioning and release documentation.
