About the role

We are seeking a Fractional Chief Financial Officer to partner with our CEO and executive team. This part‑time senior finance leader will shape the company’s financial strategy, ensure robust planning and analysis, and safeguard compliance.

Key responsibilities

Develop and present financial strategy recommendations to the CEO.
Lead financial planning and analysis activities.
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital and coordinate company audits.
Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
Maintain relationships with banks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

Strong background in finance and management.
5–7 years of experience in finance roles.
Excellent analytical skills with a finance focus.
Fluent in English and Russian.
