Head of SaaS Product Delivery

About the role

Delve Deeper is seeking a Director of Product Delivery to ensure its SaaS portfolio ships on time, to spec, and reliably for new and existing nonprofit clients. You will bridge the gap between prototype and stable production, coordinating data science, engineering, and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross‑functional workflows, acting as the single point of accountability for Data Science, Engineering, and Front‑end/Design.
• Run delivery cadence – sprint planning, stand‑ups, milestone tracking, and go‑live dates – across all client solutions.
• Lead the pod of engineers, data engineers, and designers, managing workload, prioritization, and performance.
• Own the operational path from contract signing to live solution, handling configuration, integration sequencing, and handoff.
• Prioritize client integrations, bug fixes, and feature requests within a fixed roadmap.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, intake templates, and delivery checklists to accelerate onboarding.
• Monitor risk and quality, escalating timeline or data issues early.
• Provide leadership with transparent delivery status reports on a regular cadence.

Required profile

• Proven delivery/project management experience in a product or software environment, preferably within a services or agency setting.
• Strong operational rhythm instincts with visible tracking (sprints, planned‑vs‑delivered).
• Comfort managing technical individual contributors without being the most technical person.
• Client‑facing competence to translate needs into concrete delivery plans.
• Bias toward execution over strategy; energized by meeting defined deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools and ability to sanity‑check estimates.
• Understanding of adtech/martech ecosystems (CRMs, ad platforms, analytics tools, donor management systems) is a plus.
