About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This remote position offers a high‑volume pipeline and uncapped commission potential.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, or online channels.
• Provide accurate information about services and guide clients toward optimal solutions.
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date client records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients, deliver case updates, and ensure ongoing support throughout their engagement.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability to meet performance goals.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or collections experience with a proven track record.
• Dedicated home office with a quiet workspace, desk, and reliable equipment.
• Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.
