About the role

WE-ON is looking for an Electrical Power Supply Design Engineer to join its Belarus office. The role involves creating and reviewing project and working documentation for internal electrical supply systems, performing load and short‑circuit calculations, and ensuring compliance with standards and environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project and working documentation for internal power supply systems under the supervision of the chief specialist.
• Perform electrical load calculations and short‑circuit current analyses.
• Select appropriate equipment for internal power supply installations.
• Participate in drafting technical specifications for design solutions.
• Ensure all engineering solutions meet current norms, environmental and ecological standards.
• Coordinate design decisions with adjacent engineering disciplines.

Required profile

• Higher technical education in electrical power supply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of design methods and standards for internal power supply systems.
• Familiarity with techno‑economic calculation techniques.
• Understanding of main electrical equipment nomenclature and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
