Junior Amazon Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Amazon Account Manager to join our remote eCommerce team. You will support a growing portfolio of Amazon SKUs, working under the guidance of senior colleagues and using AI tools for routine tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the product portfolio, existing listings, and AI‑generated PPC campaigns during the first 30 days.
• Conduct audits of 2–3 products (conversion, organic rank, reviews) with a mentor.
• Take ownership of 2–3 SKUs: monitor inventory, update listings, manage reviews, and adjust product copy and SEO keywords.
• Read and explain account health metrics (ODR, Late Shipment Rate, Account Health Rating).
• Gradually run simple PPC campaigns under supervision, using AI assistance.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and contribute to competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Motivated to dive into details, learn quickly, and grow within account management.
• Basic experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Willingness to develop PPC and analytical skills on the job.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently with mentor support.
