About the role

We are looking for a technically‑savvy professional to drive wholesale sales of electrical and automation equipment in the Minsk region. The role blends deep engineering knowledge with business development, allowing you to influence client purchases and see a direct impact on company profit.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and propose reliable equipment from our product portfolio.
• Discuss technical details with client engineers and ensure solutions meet specifications.
• Manage the sales cycle from quotation through contract signing and monitor receivables.
• Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with existing customers while acquiring new corporate accounts.

Required profile

• Higher technical education in energy, automation, construction, mechanical or instrument engineering.
• Solid understanding of how electrical equipment works and ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Proactive attitude, leadership qualities and willingness to develop commercially (sales experience is a plus but not mandatory).

Required skills

• Electrical equipment knowledge.
• Low‑voltage component expertise.
• Automation systems understanding.

What we offer

• Base salary plus a percentage of gross profit, paid twice a month; exact amount discussed during interview.
