About the role

The company is seeking an experienced IT sales professional to manage the full sales cycle for complex products and large enterprise customers in Belarus and Russia. You will build long‑term partnerships and demonstrate how technology drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new corporate clients through proactive outreach.
• Handle inbound inquiries and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Participate in negotiations, competitive procurement procedures, and prepare commercial and technical proposals.
• Draft feasibility studies, contracts, and manage contract administration.
• Support post‑sale activities: commercial correspondence, debt collection, claim handling, and contract monitoring.
• Maintain internal reporting and sales documentation.

Required profile

• Higher education in IT or economics.
• At least one year of successful active sales experience in Belarus and/or Russia within information security, transport, industry, or telecommunications.
• Proven track record of handling full‑cycle client engagements, including contract and claim work.
• Experience selling IT solutions with contract values of $100,000 or more.

Required skills

• Sales of IT products and services (supply & implementation, custom information systems, system integration, IT outsourcing, project management with subcontractors).
