Mobile Media Buyer – Google UAC & Meta Ads

About the role

We are seeking a self‑driven Mobile Media Buyer to lead user‑acquisition campaigns for our fintech‑focused mobile apps. You will own the end‑to‑end process of launching, optimizing and scaling Google UAC and Meta ad campaigns across multiple international markets, turning high‑quality traffic into profitable loan disbursements.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, optimize and scale mobile ad campaigns on Google UAC and Meta Ads platforms.
• Analyse performance metrics across the full funnel – CPI, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and ROI.
• Collaborate with designers to create and test new creative concepts (video, banner, copy).
• Run A/B tests and iterate on hypotheses to improve campaign efficiency.
• Identify new growth opportunities and profitable funnels in emerging GEOs.
• Maintain regular reporting on test results and overall performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or User Acquisition Manager for mobile apps.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution and ability to work with large data sets.
• Track record of scaling campaigns profitably, preferably in the financial (loan) vertical.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on profit growth and efficient budget use.
