Performance Marketing Specialist (Concerts/Shows)

About the role

We are looking for a strong, independent Performance Marketing Specialist/Media Buyer to join our team and manage advertising campaigns for international live events, including large concerts and tours across the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and other markets.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns for multiple cities and shows simultaneously.
• Control budgets, pacing and overall campaign efficiency.
• Analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, frequency, conversion rate and ticket‑sale dynamics.
• Work with retargeting, Lookalike audiences and various audience segments.
• Test creatives, audiences, offers and advertising funnels.
• Monitor ticket sales and adjust ads based on real‑time sales data, not just Ads Manager metrics.
• Utilize internal dashboards, databases, automation, machine‑learning and AI agents for reporting and optimization.
• Identify problems quickly and propose autonomous solutions.

Required profile

• Practical experience with Meta Ads and a solid understanding of performance marketing.
• Ability to analyze numbers, pinpoint causes of performance changes and manage budgets independently.
• Comfort handling a large number of simultaneous campaigns with high attention to detail.
• English proficiency sufficient for working with interfaces, materials and an international team.
• High degree of autonomy and self‑motivation.
