Platform Success Specialist

About the role

Delve Deeper is seeking a Platform Success Specialist to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of Google Analytics 4 for our nonprofit and charity clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging technical expertise with strategic insight to help clients achieve measurable media outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements are met for licensed clients.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct ad‑hoc online meetings with clients to address immediate needs.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for account teams.
• Manage annual renewals, contract edits, pricing updates, and signatures for the GA4 portfolio.
• Create technical content tailored to client and internal audiences.
• Oversee support tickets from both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality customer service across projects.
• Mentor interns and junior peers while documenting compliance with internal processes.
