Product Manager / Specialist (Pharma)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager/Specialist to lead marketing initiatives for both OTC and prescription products. You will shape short‑term and long‑term strategies, drive campaigns, and ensure our brands achieve market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned products.
• Plan, launch, and monitor marketing activities and campaigns.
• Create media concepts, promotional materials, and oversee marketing projects.
• Collaborate with advertising agencies and manage media planning.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and competitive landscapes.
• Develop training materials and educate internal stakeholders on product features.
• Manage the product lifecycle to meet brand business objectives.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology or related field.
• Additional education in Marketing or an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Specialist, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of brand planning, forecasting, product lifecycle management and budgeting.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) or higher.
