QA Junior Engineer

About the role

As a QA Junior Engineer at MKS Atotech Minsk, you will work with the Business Process Automation Development team to ensure the quality and reliability of web‑based internal systems that integrate ERP and CRM functionalities.

Key responsibilities

• Test modules of internal automated systems integrating ERP and CRM.
• Design, write, and execute test cases and scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
• Verify new features and bug fixes throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in all stages of development, from planning to release.
• Contribute to test documentation and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Communicate daily with the team in English.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, starting a QA career.
• Foundational understanding of software testing principles and QA lifecycle.
• Understanding of how web applications work (client‑server model, HTTP, browsers).
• Basic knowledge of functional and UI web testing.
• Good command of English for daily syncs.
• Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports.
• Full‑time availability, attention to detail, proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with browser developer tools for inspecting web pages.
• Basic understanding of testing RESTful/Web API endpoints.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation.
• Understanding of version control (git) and agile practices.
