Repricing Specialist – Remote (Eastern Europe, CIS, Balkans)

About the role

We are looking for a Repricing Specialist to join a fully remote e‑commerce team. You will act as the commercial decision‑maker behind pricing, marketplace performance and stock direction, turning market signals into daily pricing actions.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily pricing decisions for an assigned product portfolio, applying the company’s pricing framework.
• Analyse product performance, demand trends, competitor behaviour and seasonality to inform pricing.
• Assess stock availability and replenishment signals to balance inventory and sales.
• Make fast, data‑driven decisions under uncertainty, measuring outcomes and iterating continuously.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align pricing strategy with overall commercial goals.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product‑level data and market signals.
• Comfortable making commercial decisions without relying on predefined repricing tools.
• Excellent judgment to identify what matters, what to ignore and what action makes sense for each product.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and overlap with Madrid working hours (minimum 4‑5 hours).
