Senior Field Development Specialist – CRDN & PVH

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Field Development Specialist to drive commercial success for its CRDN (Renal Denervation) and PVH (Peripheral Vascular) product portfolios in Belarus. You will act as the primary interface between Medtronic, distributors, physicians, and hospital stakeholders, building strong partnerships that accelerate market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the CRDN and PVH product portfolio, meeting sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, physicians, and hospital decision‑makers to support long‑term business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and position appropriate clinical solutions.
• Provide product education, clinical support, and training to healthcare professionals and distributor partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute product launches and market development initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with Medtronic policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in medical‑device sales, preferably in interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, or peripheral vascular therapies.
• Demonstrated success working with distributors and indirect sales models.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel extensively across the territory.
