Senior Frontend Engineer (Vue.js)

About the role

A distributed engineering team is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer based in Minsk, Belarus. You will be the primary front-end architect, designing and building modular, embeddable analytics and reporting blocks used across client applications such as web dashboards and mobile Android POS / WebView environments. The role focuses on Vue.js and Micro-Frontend architecture, with 3 days a week in the Minsk office.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a library of modular micro-frontend reporting components with Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API, Pinia)
• Design component APIs so reporting widgets (charts, data tables, metrics tiles, filters) can be embedded in web apps, partner portals and mobile WebViews
• Set up state management, event isolation, dynamic bundle loading and cross-micro-frontend communication standards
• Optimize performance so screens load quickly and charts stay responsive on mobile POS devices
• Write clean, tested TypeScript and Vue.js code
• Work with backend engineers (Golang/ClickHouse) on API schemas for streaming and aggregated reporting data
• Work with UI/UX designers on dense, responsive reporting layouts for retail store owners
• Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to speed up development and generate tests
• Take part in daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial front-end experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Deep Vue.js expertise (Vue 3, Composition API, Pinia/Vuex, Vuetify, custom directives)
• Hands-on micro-frontend experience (Module Federation, single-spa, Web Components, iframe/event-bus bridges)
• Experience building data-dense dashboards and real-time charts (ECharts, Chart.js, D3 or similar)
• Experience embedding web apps in Android WebViews and hybrid mobile apps
• Daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in distributed international teams
• Excellent English
