Senior Level Designer

About the role

Tripledot Studios is seeking a Senior Level Designer to join the ZephyrMobile team, creating and refining levels for multiple puzzle mobile games. You will shape progression, pacing and difficulty while collaborating closely with art, product and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build new levels for several puzzle mobile titles.
• Balance gameplay elements within artistic and technical constraints.
• Incorporate narrative and emotional goals into the gameplay experience.
• Identify and resolve issues from playtests and cross‑team feedback.
• Research new mechanics and approaches to improve level quality.
• Maintain detailed level documentation.
• Mentor junior level designers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with art, product, game design and development teams to align creative and technical goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of level design experience in casual or hyper‑casual puzzle games.
• Strong understanding of progression, pacing, difficulty curves and player flow.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to iterate based on metrics and feedback.
• Excellent English and Russian communication skills.

Required skills

• Unity and level editors (prefabs, in‑game tools).
• Design of puzzle mechanics such as goals, blockers and boosters.
• Basic UX/UI principles for tutorial and onboarding design.
