SMM Manager

About the role

Quadcode is seeking a proactive SMM Manager to shape and execute its social media presence across major platforms. You will drive brand awareness and audience engagement for a fintech SaaS trading platform, working remotely with a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SMM strategy for Instagram, YouTube, X, Telegram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Monitor trends, experiment with new formats, and keep the content calendar fresh and relevant.
• Create, curate and schedule content that resonates with international audiences, leveraging AI tools for creative generation.
• Analyze campaign performance using engagement, reach and conversion metrics, and adjust tactics based on data insights.
• Collaborate with design, product and marketing teams as well as external contractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of social media marketing experience targeting international markets.
• Proven track record on Instagram and X, with a portfolio showing statistics and examples.
• Upper‑Intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency in English and Russian, with strong conversational skills.
• Experience using AI tools for content planning and analytics.
• Ability to interpret metrics, produce reports and refine strategies accordingly.
