Social Media Graphic Designer (eCommerce)

About the role

A creative and detail-driven Social Media Graphic Designer is sought to bring a brand to life across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and beyond. The role suits someone with a strong visual eye, a passion for consumer brands and an understanding of what performs on modern social platforms. It is flexible, around 15-20 hours per week and fully remote, with hourly or project-based pay depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media graphics aligned with brand guidelines (posts, stories, carousels, reels covers)
• Adapt design assets for different platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn briefs and campaigns into visuals
• Create motion-based or animated graphics for stories or reels (preferred)
• Maintain an organized design system and asset library
• Keep up with social and design trends to keep content fresh and engaging

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design for consumer brands or social media
• Strong portfolio of social-first content, especially for Instagram or TikTok
• Clear understanding of visual hierarchy, typography and brand consistency
• Excellent communication and file-handoff practice
• Quick, iterative worker who takes feedback well and is reliable during agreed working hours
• Familiarity with wellness, skincare, lifestyle or e-commerce brands is a plus

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Figma
• Bonus: light animation (After Effects, Lottie, Canva animations)
• Bonus: photography, video editing or UGC design experience
