Social Media Marketing Manager (Hands‑On Content Creator)

About the role

Quadcode, a fintech company delivering SaaS trading platforms, is looking for a hands‑on Social Media Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for creating, editing, publishing, and optimizing content while aligning social activities with brand‑awareness and user‑acquisition goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies that support business objectives.
• Build communication funnels on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to drive engagement and acquisition.
• Create and maintain publishing calendars and content plans.
• Launch and manage campaigns, contests, and product‑related activations.
• Source, brief, and coordinate UGC creators and production teams.
• Produce short‑form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and simple static graphics.
• Collaborate with paid‑media teams to ensure organic and paid alignment.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and adjust tactics.
• Monitor platform trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Proven success using social channels for brand awareness, engagement, retention, and user acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Practical video‑editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Ability to create basic graphic assets using tools such as Figma or Canva.
• Experience working with UGC creators and managing creator‑generated content.
• Understanding of communication funnels and audience lifecycle on social platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Good written and spoken English (B1+) and Russian (C1).
