About the role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Procurement and Documentation Specialist to join our supply department. The role focuses on certification, seed import, and packaging procurement for a leading Belarusian wholesaler of fertilizers and seeds.

Key responsibilities

• Manage certification, declaration, and import documentation for products.
• Prepare applications and monitor the validity periods of all required documents.
• Coordinate with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Organise sample selection and prepare accompanying phytosanitary documents.
• Procure packaging materials and other supplies needed for company operations.
• Maintain documentation within the 1C ERP system.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Knowledge of certification, product declaration, phytosanitary control and import permits.
• Experience preparing barcode documentation and liaising with customs and supervisory bodies.
• Proven ability to select samples and compile phytosanitary paperwork.
• Experience purchasing packaging, packing materials and organising waste collection.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and responsibility.
• Willingness to work within regulated documentation and pursue continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the 1C ERP system.
