Station Agent – Airport Operations

About the role

Turkish Airlines is looking for enthusiastic Station Agents to join its Airport Office team. You will be the first point of contact for passengers and will ensure smooth coordination among various airport services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome arriving passengers and coordinate with crew, handling agents, catering, cleaning, air traffic, customs and immigration.
• Prepare and verify all flight documentation, place daily catering orders and maintain flight records.
• File post‑flight documents, perform statistical analysis of flight coupons and manage lost‑baggage cases.

Required profile

• At least a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Permanent residence permit in the country of employment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Ability to work under pressure, in shifts including overnight.
• Strong oral and written communication in English and the local language.
