Technical Writer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for production equipment and enterprise software solutions. You will work with a Docs-as-Code approach, using lightweight markup languages and supporting multilingual content.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update user documentation for production equipment following the Microsoft Writing Style Guide and internal standards.
• Prepare and manage source files for HMI localization projects, maintain translation dictionaries and terminology resources.
• Maintain user documentation for the internal ERP system and update administrative policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain specifications for machine-to-machine communication.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, architects, and other subject‑matter experts to gather information and validate content.
• Test products and documentation from the target audience perspective to ensure accuracy, usability, and completeness.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience creating technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a technical field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
