User Acquisition Manager (Display and Programmatic)

About the role

Quadcode, a fintech SaaS provider, is looking for a User Acquisition Manager specialized in display and programmatic channels. You will lead top‑of‑funnel campaigns, work with large budgets, and collaborate with a young, data‑driven marketing team to drive growth for our trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Scale and optimise programmatic and display campaigns on DV360, Amazon Ads and Criteo.
• Negotiate exclusive inventory deals (PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed, Private Deals) for premium placements.
• Plan, launch and measure CTV campaigns, including tracking frameworks and Brand Lift Studies.
• Design cross‑channel user journeys using Campaign Manager 360 for tracking, frequency management and attribution.
• Analyse raw analytics data, uncover patterns, build hypotheses and defend recommendations.
• Manage creative assets together with in‑house motion designers and analytics teams.
• Own ad budgets and allocate spend based on data‑driven models and full‑funnel goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale programmatic/display budgets in global markets.
• Hands‑on expertise with DV360, Amazon Ads, Criteo and Campaign Manager 360 (Floodlight, audience sharing, cross‑channel attribution).
• Strong analytical background, comfortable with statistical concepts such as confidence intervals and p‑values.
• Native‑level Russian and professional English (minimum B2).
