Meta Ads Specialist – Remote (EST)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to design, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. The role focuses on performance‑driven audience targeting, lead generation and close collaboration with creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Meta paid campaigns from start to finish.
• Conduct keyword and audience research to shape campaign strategy.
• Monitor daily budget allocation and overall performance of all ads.
• Analyse campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Produce basic performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Work with designers to develop assets and run A/B tests.
• Support additional marketing and lead‑generation activities as required.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years managing Meta paid‑ads campaigns.
• Experience handling monthly spend of $10k‑$50k+, preferably for e‑commerce or CPG brands.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (C‑level).
• Ability to work full‑time on Eastern Standard Time schedule.
