About the role

The Forward Motors team is looking for an experienced 1C programmer to take on a Team Lead position. You will guide a development team, ensure timely delivery, and drive the evolution of 1C configurations that support core business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute tasks among developers, monitor deadlines and results, and estimate effort.
• Promote development culture through code reviews, retrospectives, and regular team meetings.
• Assist colleagues with complex technical challenges and operational questions.
• Validate the outcomes of implemented enhancements.
• Design, develop, and modify 1C:UT, 1C:Accounting, and 1C:HR configurations, creating new functionality or adjusting existing features.
• Automate and optimise internal business processes.
• Collaborate with analysts and managers to clarify and refine technical specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading software development teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Effective communication with analysts, managers, and developers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with 1C platforms (1C:UT, 1C:Accounting, 1C:HR).
