Capital Sales Manager – Surgical Robotics

About the role

Edge Medical is seeking a Capital Sales Manager to drive the commercial development of its surgical robotics platform in Belarus. This entrepreneurial position focuses on building market presence, establishing strategic hospital relationships, and managing complex capital equipment sales from initial contact to system placement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet revenue and market growth targets.
• Identify and cultivate new hospital accounts, surgeons, and key opinion leaders.
• Lead the full capital sales cycle, including prospecting, demonstrations, business case development, quotations, tenders, negotiations, contracting, and payment collection.
• Maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Navigate hospital budgeting, procurement, and tender processes to close deals.
• Collaborate with distributors, clinical sales, and application teams to support demonstrations, installations, and adoption.
• Work with marketing, service engineering, and global commercial teams to ensure successful implementation and long‑term account development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in capital medical equipment sales.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to develop compelling business cases for robotic surgery investments.
• Experience working with hospital executives, procurement teams, and clinical stakeholders.
