About the role

We are looking for a Chief Accountant or Deputy Chief Accountant to join our outsourcing team that serves the subsidiaries of international companies. The position involves handling the full accounting cycle for several client companies while maintaining a high quality standard.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting and tax records for client companies operating in import, wholesale trade, and services.
• Process payroll for small‑scale businesses.
• Prepare accounting, tax and statistical reports and supervise the work of junior staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a chief accountant or deputy in various accounting areas.
• Hands‑on experience with tax accounting and payroll processing.
• Ability to organize and lead a small team and collaborate effectively.
• Intermediate English for client correspondence (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with 1C ЗУП (1C Payroll) software.
