Growth Marketing Manager – AI IDE

About the role

Quadcode is seeking a self‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for its AI‑powered Integrated Development Environment (IDE). You will build a scalable user‑acquisition system, drive community engagement, and turn new users into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an acquisition strategy focused on organic, community‑led, and guerrilla tactics within AI and developer ecosystems.
• Own the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel to achieve a target number of new active users each month, ensuring sustainable DAU growth and conversion.
• Track, analyse, and optimise the full funnel (traffic → activation → DAU → paid) to improve CAC efficiency and unit economics.
• Grow product presence on Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, YouTube and other niche communities through content, participation, and influencer collaborations.
• Manage outsourced promotional content production (videos, reviews, demos) to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Allocate and manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI while avoiding unnecessary spend.
• Collaborate closely with product, onboarding, and monetisation teams to align acquisition efforts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in AI, developer tools, and community dynamics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of growth‑marketing experience, preferably launching and scaling tech or AI products.
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition through community‑led and guerrilla strategies on a lean budget.
• Experience working with influencers and creators in AI, developer, or tech niches.
• Familiarity with developer and AI communities and confidence operating in English and Russian.
