Human Resources Executive – Belarus

About the role

LC Waikiki, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a Human Resources Executive to support its Belarus operations. You will manage training, employee relations, and recruitment for both the country head office and stores, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes for store and head‑office staff, focusing on orientation, occupational expertise, and leadership.
• Handle employee‑relations matters, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for country‑HQ positions and support store hiring, from job posting to offer.
• Prepare statistical reports for ongoing HR projects and submit them to the Head Office Recruitment Department.
• Ensure all legal documentation for new hires is completed and forwarded to payroll.
• Maintain correspondence with applicants in corporate format and within agreed timelines.
• Administer promotion programmes for store managers, mid‑level, and visual‑merchandising roles.
• Use HR recruitment and exit modules, monitor probation periods, conduct exit interviews, and report findings.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and verbal).
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably with competency‑based interviews.
• Knowledge of Belarus labour law, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience with e‑learning platforms is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
