About the role
idt is looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer in Minsk. The role combines service design thinking with detailed execution of UX solutions, including clickable prototypes, within a cross-functional team.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in product design, with a proven portfolio
- Previous experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer or similar
- Service design mindset, framing problems in the context of the UX strategy
- Great English communication (at least B2) and collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically and turn business goals into design solutions
- Experience creating micro-interactions, UX gamification and business understanding in past projects
- Agile environment experience is a plus
Required skills
- Figma expertise for designing and prototyping
- LottieFiles or similar design tools
- User-centered design principles and methodologies
