Lead Motion Designer

About the role

Tripledot Studios is looking for a Lead Motion Designer to drive the creative quality and performance of video ad creatives for its mobile games. This hands‑on position blends strong technical expertise with a performance‑first mindset, aiming to optimise production speed and workflow at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality creative videos for games using Adobe After Effects (required) and Blender (highly preferred).
• Review and refine team‑created videos to improve visual quality and performance.
• Balance visual standards with production speed and efficiency.
• Identify and implement pipeline optimisations, including templates, automation and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Leverage AI‑generation tools to accelerate ideation, iteration and production.
• Act as the go‑to creative and technical expert, coaching Motion Designers through hands‑on feedback.
• Collaborate on brainstorming, market research and competitor analysis to boost creative performance.
• Set and maintain quality and performance standards, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of motion‑design experience in the gaming or mobile industry.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a motion‑design team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion‑design work.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based creative tools and a genuine interest in integrating them into production.
