Lead QA Engineer

About the role

Tripledot Studios is looking for a Lead QA Engineer to drive quality across its mobile game portfolio, working within the Belka Games studio. The role combines hands‑on testing with leadership of a 10+ person QA team, ensuring continuous improvement and timely releases.

Key responsibilities

• Directly participate in product testing and define quality indicators.
• Develop and maintain testing rules, standards and documentation (test cases, checklists).
• Manage the manual and automation QA team, distribute tasks and monitor execution.
• Prepare releases, provide status reports and risk analysis.
• Participate in estimation and planning for upcoming versions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of QA experience in mobile game development.
• Proven experience leading QA teams of 10+ members.
• Strong understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle and QA KPIs.
• Fluent in English and Russian (B2 or higher).

Required skills

• SQL and relational database querying.
• Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• API and network debugging tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, Charles, Fiddler).
• AI‑driven testing integration.
• Experience with A/B testing, monetization testing.
• Test management systems such as TestRail.
• Android Debug Bridge and iMobileDevice.
• XML, JSON, and MongoDB query writing.
