About the role

The Brand of the Year contest is looking for a Marketing Specialist to raise awareness, attract participants and manage the contest’s communication channels. This position offers a fast‑track to hands‑on experience across content, digital, partnerships and events within a vibrant marketing community.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish articles, news and other materials on the contest website.
• Manage social media accounts: create content plans, write posts, engage the community.
• Design and execute email‑marketing campaigns, segment databases and analyse results.
• Develop proposals for partners, support contract negotiations and ensure partnership obligations are met.
• Organise promotional events and coordinate with designers, digital specialists, video producers and PR agencies.
• Set budgets for marketing activities, monitor spend and evaluate effectiveness.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Understanding of various marketing tools, their strengths and limitations.
• Experience handling budgets and measuring campaign performance.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self‑organized, communicative and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tilda website builder.
• Experience using email‑marketing platforms.
• Basic analytics knowledge (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica).
• Familiarity with AI tools and data handling.
