Platform Success Specialist

About the role

Delve Deeper is seeking a Platform Success Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing support of Google Analytics 4 for its nonprofit clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define strategies, processes, and reporting frameworks that ensure platform success.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Maintain SLA compliance and support obligations for licensed clients.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct ad‑hoc online meetings and identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage annual renewals, contract edits, pricing updates, and signatures for the GA4 portfolio.
• Create technical content tailored to client and internal needs.
• Oversee support tickets and mentor interns and junior peers.
• Document and ensure compliance with internal and cross‑departmental processes.

Required skills

• Strong English communication (B2 or higher).
• 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Technical understanding of GA4 and GTM.
• Basic web development knowledge: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional problem‑solving initiatives.
