Polish‑Speaking Recruiter – Remote

About the role

ODN Recruitment, a European staffing firm serving Dutch and German clients, is expanding its talent‑acquisition team. We are looking for a proactive Recruiter / Candidate Coordinator who can communicate fluently in Polish and support our remote hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source candidates for current vacancies across Europe.
• Engage candidates via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and other channels.
• Conduct brief screening interviews and perform initial candidate assessments.
• Present job offers and employment conditions to shortlisted candidates.
• Guide candidates through every stage of the recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain regular contact and monitor candidates' readiness to relocate.
• Record recruitment data and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• Polish language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Basic conversational English for everyday work communication.
• Strong communication, independence, responsibility and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and online recruitment tools.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, customer service or work with Polish/European companies is a plus.
