Senior Affiliate Manager – Influencer Traffic

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead our Influencer Traffic strategy across LATAM, Uzbekistan and Tier‑1 markets. You will own the end‑to‑end process of finding, negotiating with and scaling influencer and affiliate partnerships to drive high‑quality traffic and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and activate influencers, streamers, content creators, tipsters, agencies and affiliate partners.
• Leverage existing networks and continuously expand them to increase traffic volume.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare or hybrid deals and manage partnership contracts.
• Track key performance indicators such as FTD, deposits, conversion rates, ROI, LTV and traffic quality.
• Analyze results, discontinue under‑performing tactics and scale successful approaches.
• Experiment with new formats, platforms and creative concepts.
• Monitor competitor activity and act quickly on emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming or betting affiliate marketing, with a focus on influencer traffic.
• Proven network of influencers, streamers, agencies or similar partners in the target markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret traffic and revenue metrics.
• Hunter mentality – proactive in seeking and closing partnership opportunities.
• Experience or knowledge of LATAM, Uzbekistan and/or Tier‑1 markets is highly relevant.
