Senior Android Developer (Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Multiplatform)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join the new NRS POS product team in Minsk. You will lead the effort to rewrite our Android codebase into a Kotlin Multiplatform solution, delivering a modern, high‑performance point‑of‑sale application.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers and developers to build the next‑generation POS system.
• Develop native Android POS features using Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Implement UI components following Material 2/3 and Atomic Design principles.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third‑party libraries and services.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Debug, resolve defects and write clean, maintainable code.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of commercial Android development experience.
• Fluent English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and make a significant impact.
