Senior Client Lead Engineer (React Native)

About the role

Tripledot Studios is seeking a Senior Client Lead Engineer to own the technical roadmap for PuzzlePlay, the company’s new player rewards platform. You will work closely with Product, Design, QA and Commercial teams to deliver new features, reduce technical debt, and ensure a high‑quality, engaging experience for millions of daily active users.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture a high‑performing engineering culture focused on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Set engineering standards, coding practices and development processes; conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of the PuzzlePlay roadmap, translating business requirements into technical solutions and removing delivery blockers.
• Lead the design and implementation of a scalable front‑end solution using React Native, collaborating with backend engineers on API definitions and integration patterns.
• Ensure applications are performant, secure, accessible and maintainable, while driving technical innovation and documenting architectural decisions.
• Act as the engineering representative for PuzzlePlay in stakeholder meetings and cross‑functional planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers in a fast‑paced, product‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to balance people management, technical decision‑making, architecture and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to work with product, design, QA and commercial partners.
