Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

About the role

National Retail Solutions (NRS) is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Minsk to join its distributed engineering team. You will help architect and build core components of NRS's next-generation retail platform, focusing on robust Golang backend services, high-throughput query performance and ClickHouse for real-time reporting, alongside Vue.js and micro-frontend front ends. The role requires 3 days a week in the Minsk office.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build and maintain high-performance full-stack applications, from real-time analytics dashboards to reporting pipelines, with Golang backends and Vue.js front ends.
• Design, model and optimise relational and analytical data stores, writing advanced SQL, materialised views, aggregation logic and indexing strategies.
• Build efficient reporting engines and handle high-throughput data ingestion, ideally using ClickHouse.
• Implement modular micro-frontend architectures and take end-to-end ownership of core components, APIs and event-driven microservices.
• Write clean, tested Go and JavaScript/TypeScript code, review it thoroughly and debug, profile and optimise SQL queries and microservices.
• Take part in daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives and collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven experience designing, building and scaling Go microservices and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Expert SQL knowledge, including joins, subqueries, EXPLAIN analysis, indexing and performance profiling.
• Experience with Vue.js (Vue 3 / Composition API) and micro-frontend architectures such as Module Federation or single-spa.
• Experience building SaaS products, microservices or complex distributed web platforms.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix, Git and CI/CD; excellent English and experience working with remote U.S. stakeholders.
