About the role

Quadcode is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead its AI‑focused content strategy. You will work remotely with a global fintech team, shaping the brand’s voice across multiple platforms and driving engagement with AI‑savvy audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Quadcode’s X (Twitter), Reddit, and Discord communities – posting, replying, and planning content calendars.
• Create high‑performing, creative content tailored to AI enthusiasts and fintech professionals.
• Develop briefs and ideas for the VibeCoder product, ensuring alignment with brand style.
• Monitor AI market trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Participate in optional promotional activities on Reddit and Discord.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the AI market, tools, and emerging trends.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn and X (Twitter) accounts.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong visual intuition and a keen eye for design.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with a willingness to disrupt the market.
