About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations. If you enjoy helping people and keeping HR processes under control, this position is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR documentation and filing.
• Maintain records of employment contracts, vacation entitlements and sick leaves.
• Ensure timely updates of personnel files and legal documents.

Required profile

• Higher legal education (or final‑year law students).
• Minimum of 6 months experience in HR functions.
• Strong literacy, communication skills and sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required; the role relies on legal knowledge and organisational abilities.
