About the role

The company is a system integrator looking for a Procurement Specialist to handle project‑related purchases of hardware, software and materials. You will work with major vendors and distributors, supporting complex engineering, network and telecom projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a pool of distributors, broaden product portfolio and supply channels.
• Negotiate competitive terms, register projects with vendors, secure special conditions and price protection from tender to delivery.
• Place orders, monitor execution deadlines and manage relationships with existing suppliers.
• Handle warranty claims and dispute resolution.
• Plan procurement budgets for a 3‑6 month horizon, manage payment schedules, advances, credit limits and currency risk.
• Maintain documentation and warehouse accounting in 1C 8.2 (invoices, inventory movements, contracts).
• Organise logistics for delivering equipment and materials to customers with optimal cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT equipment procurement.
• Good knowledge of the IT distribution market in Belarus and vendor project registration programs.
• Proficient in 1C 8.2 for primary documentation, inventory and workflow.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, PowerQuery).
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work with AI‑based tools and develop in that direction.
