AI Engineer Internship

About the role

Delta-Research is seeking an on‑site AI Engineer intern in Minsk to help build and test machine learning models that power its investment research platform. You will work closely with developers and data scientists to bring AI capabilities into production and support data‑driven investing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate pattern‑recognition and neural‑network models for financial data.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into the platform’s production pipelines.
• Assist in improving data pipelines, perform data cleaning, and conduct feature engineering.
• Document experiments, present findings, and refine models based on feedback.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software development.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, and handle basic version‑control tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with machine‑learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
• Knowledge of NLP techniques and interest in applying them to financial texts.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
