Delivery Manager

About the role

Andersen is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead software development projects, ensure efficient delivery, manage teams, and build strong client relationships across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects from pre‑sales to post‑production, including timelines, risks and client expectations.
• Plan, control and allocate project budgets while optimizing delivery efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, monitor team performance metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Analyze RFPs, prepare solution estimations, commercial proposals and client documentation.
• Build and lead project teams, providing coaching, mentoring and motivation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Technical background with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience in software development, QA, test automation or business analysis (excluding SAP and technical support roles).
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience with full ownership of project delivery, including fixed‑price projects.
• Strong sense of accountability, systematic and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Upper‑Intermediate English or higher.
